Signal boosters can be returned within 30 days if they don't improve your signal as expected. Please ensure all components including antennas, cables, and power adapters are included.
Electric Blankets
For hygiene reasons, electric blankets must be returned in their original packaging without being used. All controllers and cords must be included.
Chess Sets
Chess sets must be returned with all pieces accounted for and in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Hair Accessories
Hair accessories must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging for hygiene and resale purposes.
Important Note
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will process your refund using the following timeline:
